  Are you willing to share a room with someone else? If yes, you will be charged the lower shared rate. We encourage shared rooms  so that more people can enjoy this event, but solo registrants are also very welcome. We want you to be happy!

If yes, is a specific person you wish to room with? If so, please list  her name; otherwise we will match you up with another female registrant. If there are no registrants looking for partners and you end up in a single room, you will not be charged.

  Please type in the cost of the event: $125.00 for shared, $165.00 for private room.

Write a check for this amount in full and drop it in the mail with either a copy of this registration or a note as to the check's purpose. Make the check out to:

The Arc of Appalachia Preserve System, at 7629 Cave Road, Bainbridge, OH 45612.  Sorry, due to the high costs for our small organization, we do not have on-line credit card processing at this time. A check in the mail ensures that maximum amount of your registration supports the Highlands Nature Sanctuary's land acquisition and education programs.

FOOD. Please know that food is donated to the event by our volunteers and there is no charge for it. If you would like to make a donation to cover  its cost, we would greatly appreciate it as and will help sustain this benefit. Debbie will let you know what the cost per person is at the event, but in the past it has been averaging around $50.00 for the weekend.

5. Cancellation. If you need to cancel, please give us a call at 937-365-1935 or email reservations@highlandssanctuary.org.  There is a cancellation charge of $25.00 before April 15th. Please know that cancellations are not accepted after April 15, 2008. However, you may choose to either find a friend to come in your place, or turn your registration into a tax-deductible donation for a very good cause! Thanks!

You can either print this off and drop it in the mail to the above address with your check, or you can email it directly to us for immediate registration, and let the check follow in the mail a few days later. Thanks SO MUCH for your participation. We are looking very forward to experiencing this annual event with the magic of your presence.
